New Waverly’s Red Bird Creamery and New Waverly’s Golden Oak Micro Cellar are teaming up to host this Wine & Ice Cream Pairing Event.

We will introduce four different ice cream flavors with four different paired wines.

Have fun with us to taste different flavors, textures, and levels of sweetness, and share your observations.

For this event we present the following pairings:

1. Mango Peach Semi Sweet Table Wine paired with Key Lime Pie Ice Cream
2. Blanc Du Bois Reserve Dry White Wine paired with Vanilla Ice Cream
3. Montepulciano Medium Body Dry Red Wine paired with Milk Chocolate Ice Cream
4. Merlot Full Body Dry Red Wine paired with Dark Chocolate Ice Cream

This interactive event will be limited to twelve guests. Have fun while we introduce you to each individual ice cream and wine style as you progress through the tasting.
